Most of my experience has been in programming websites, not in database design.  I'm working with a friend who has a database in SQL (Microsoft SQL).  I've heard a good deal about "Data Mining Tools"?  I was wondering if one of my colleagues here could give me some idea of what those are, and how they work.  Very high level of course.  And perhaps you could point me in the right direction, to enable me to get more familiar with this type of tool.
